  LTJ Group develops residential and commercial condominiums in the Tampa and Sarasota Florida regional markets. We have over 20 years of experience in Florida. Our first project, Villa Siena started in 2001 and was a joint venture with the Sarasota Quay located on Sarasota Bay. The $70 Million Dollar development consisted of 146 units with Floor Plans between 1,184 to 4,196 square feet.
